Halaman ini berisi seluruh ketentuan dan kebijakan yang mengatur cara Pengguna menggunakan semua layanan yang disediakan oleh Yayasan PLAN International Indonesia dalam hal ini adalah penggunaan layanan Girls Leadership Academy yang diselenggarakan dan dimiliki oleh Yayasan PLAN International Indonesia dalam bentuk apapun, termasuk tapi tidak terbatas pada mengunjungi situs www.glaindonesia.org, Pengguna sebagai Pengguna berarti setuju untuk mengikuti semua ketentuan dan kebijakan tertera pada halaman ini.
Kepemilikan Akun
Semua Pengguna, tanpa terkecuali, berhak mendaftarkan akun di website www.glaindonesia.org secara gratis tanpa dipungut biaya sama sekali. Pengguna yang mendaftarkan dan memiliki akun di www.glaindonesia.org seterusnya akan disebut sebagai “Pengguna”. Pengguna yang membeli produk atau layanan dari Girls Leadership Indonesia seterusnya disebut “Pembeli”.
Ketika mendaftarkan akun, Pengguna harus mengisi data dan informasi diri dengan sebenar-benarnya, akurat, dan selengkap-lengkapnya. Selain itu, Pengguna juga harus memperbarui informasi akun Pengguna jika suatu waktu terjadi perubahan. Segala bentuk kerugian yang disebabkan oleh informasi yang tidak lengkap dan/atau tidak akurat bukanlah tanggung jawab Girls Leadership Academy.
Pengguna bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap akun yang didaftarkannya. Segala bentuk aktivitas yang dilakukan atas nama akun yang didaftarkan Pengguna dianggap berasal dari Pengguna itu sendiri.
Pengguna bertanggung jawab penuh menjaga semua informasi akun Pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Girls Leadership Academy sama sekali tidak bertanggung jawab atas semua kerugian yang disebabkan oleh kegagalan Pengguna menjaga informasi rahasia pada akunnya.
Pembeli
Pembeli adalah Pengguna terdaftar yang membeli produk atau layanan yang dijual di situs Girls Leadership Academy. Semua Pengguna terdaftar, tanpa terkecuali, berhak menjadi Pembeli di laman www.glaindonesia.org.
Pemesanan dan Pembayaran
Proses transaksi berlangsung sejak Pembeli melakukan pemesanan produk di situs Girls Leadership Academy. Pembeli harus melakukan seluruh langkah transaksi dengan metode yang disediakan oleh Girls Leadership Academy. Segala bentuk kerugian akibat melakukan satu, sebagian, atau seluruh langkah transaksi di luar metode yang disediakan Girls Leadership Academy bukanlah tanggung jawab Girls Leadership Academy.
Ketika melakukan pemesanan, Pembeli berarti sudah membaca, mengamati, mengevaluasi, dan setuju dengan semua informasi produk atau layanan yang akan dipesan.
Pembeli harus melakukan pembayaran dalam waktu maksimal 18 jam setelah melakukan pemesanan sesuai dengan jumlah yang diminta. Jika Pembeli tidak melakukan pembayaran dalam waktu yang ditentukan, Pembeli secara otomatis dianggap membatalkan transaksi. Selain itu, jika Pembeli membayar dengan jumlah yang lebih dari yang diminta, dana yang berlebih akan dikembalikan ke rekening Pembeli. Jika Pembeli membayar dengan jumlah yang kurang dari yang diminta, pembayaran akan ditolak dan dikembalikan ke rekening Pembeli. Pembeli tidak dapat membatalkan pesanan jika pembayarannya sudah diterima.
Penggunaan Voucher
Seluruh transaksi dengan menggunakan kode voucher, akan mengikuti ketentuan berikut:
Pembatalan dan Penolakan Transaksi
Dalam kondisi dimana terdapat kekeliruan dalam informasi stok produk, maka Girls Leadership Academy berhak untuk menolak / membatalkan transaksi melalui situs Girls Leadership Academy dengan menyertakan alasan tidak dapat memenuhi order. Jika ada rekomendasi produk lain, Girls Leadership Academy akan mengkomunikasikan solusi tersebut kepada pembeli. Jika pembeli setuju dengan solusi dari Girls Leadership Academy, pesanan akan tetap diproses. Sedangkan, jika pembeli tidak setuju, order akan dibatalkan. Pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh pembeli akan dikembalikan seluruhnya kepada pembeli paling lambat 7 hari kerja.
Transaksi Berhasil
Transaksi akan dianggap berhasil jika tidak ada protes / laporan dari Pembeli setelah 8 hari produk dikirimkan oleh Girls Leadership Academy. Setelah transaksi berhasil, Girls Leadership Academy tidak menerima laporan atau protes dari Pembeli untuk alasan apapun.
Pembatalan, Penukaran dan Pengembalian Dana
Pembeli dapat melakukan pembatalan atau menukarnya dengan produk sejenis dalam waktu kurang dari 8 hari dari tanggal transaksi pembayaran berhasil.
Untuk dapat melakukan permohonan pembatalan atau penukaran produk, Pembeli harus mengirimkan email ke [email protected] yang berisi informasi berikut:

Kebijakan Privasi
Dalam menjalankan layanannya, Girls Leadership Academy akan mengumpulkan informasi identifikasi Pengguna, misalnya tapi tidak terbatas pada nama, umur, jenis kelamin, nomor telepon, alamat email, dan lainnya. Ketika pengguna mengakses layanan Girls Leadership Academy dengan cara apapun untuk menghubungi atau mengidentifikasi Pengguna sebagai individu. Banyaknya informasi yang dikumpulkan akan bergantung pada layanan apa yang digunakan oleh Pengguna. Ke depannya Girls Leadership Academy juga akan melakukan berbagai hal untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Girls Leadership Academy dan meminta kerja sama Pengguna untuk informasi identifikasi individu untuk ikut berpartisipasi.
Girls Leadership Academy juga akan akan mengumpulkan informasi anonim seperti IP, halaman di situs Girls Leadership Academy yang dikunjungi, jenis browser yang digunakan, cookies, dan iklan yang diklik oleh pengguna. Data ini dikumpulkan untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi kinerja situs dan layanan Girls Leadership Academy dan dijadikan acuan dalam meningkatkan layanan Girls Leadership Academy. Informasi pribadi Pengguna juga akan terhubung dengan informasi anonim ini.

Girls Leadership Academy tidak akan menyebarkan informasi pribadi Pengguna ke pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan Pengguna itu sendiri kecuali dalam situasi yang disebutkan dalam kebijakan ini. Segala bentuk penyebaran informasi Pengguna ke pihak ketiga dilakukan untuk membantu Pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan Girls Leadership Academy dan/atau meningkatkan kualitas layanan Girls Leadership Academy. Girls Leadership Academy juga meminta pihak ketiga yang diberikan informasi untuk menggunakan informasi Pengguna hanya untuk kepentingan tersebut.
Jika pengguna melihat merek terkemuka dari perusahaan lain di bagian situs Girls Leadership Academy dan memberikan informasi di bagian situs tersebut, informasi tersebut juga akan diberikan ke perusahaan lain tersebut. Informasi yang diberikan ke perusahaan lain akan digunakan mengikuti kebijakan perusahaan tersebut. Jika Girls Leadership Academy menjadi bagian dari organisasi lain melalui akuisisi dalam bentuk apapun, perusahaan yang mengakuisisi berhak memperoleh dan mengakses informasi pribadi yang dikumpulkan dan dimiliki Girls Leadership Academy. Kebijakan privasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan yang mengakuisisi dapat berubah, sehingga Pengguna disarankan untuk meninjau kembali kebijakan yang diberlakukan perusahaan tersebut jika hal ini terjadi.
Jika Girls Leadership Academy berhenti beroperasi, informasi Pengguna mungkin akan diberikan dan digunakan oleh perusahaan lain yang memiliki layanan yang serupa atau berkaitan dengan Girls Leadership Academy. Meskipun kami tidak dapat memprediksi hal seperti ini, kami berharap dapat tetap memberikan layanan.
Legalitas dan Kekuatan Hukum
Girls Leadership Academy selalu berupaya untuk menjaga layanan yang aman, nyaman, dan berfungsi dengan baik, tapi kami tidak dapat menjamin operasi terus-menerus atau akses ke Layanan kami dapat selalu sempurna. Pengguna akan melepaskan Girls Leadership Academy dari tuntutan ganti rugi dan menjaga Girls Leadership Academy (termasuk Induk Perusahaan, direktur, dan karyawan Yayasan PLAN International Indonesia) dari setiap klaim atau tuntutan, termasuk biaya hukum yang wajar, yang dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga yang timbul dalam hal Pengguna melanggar Perjanjian ini, penggunaan Layanan Girls Leadership Academy yang tidak semestinya dan / atau pelanggaran Pengguna terhadap hukum atau hak-hak pihak ketiga.
Perjanjian ini akan diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Republik Indonesia tanpa memperhatikan pertentangan aturan hukum. Anda setuju bahwa tindakan hukum apapun atau sengketa yang mungkin timbul dari, berhubungan dengan, atau berada dalam cara apapun berhubungan dengan situs dan/atau Perjanjian ini akan diselesaikan secara eksklusif dalam yurisdiksi pengadilan Republik Indonesia.
Perubahan Kebijakan
Ketentuan dan kebijakan di halaman ini suatu waktu dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu demi peningkatan layanan Girls Leadership Academy kepada Pengguna. Buyer
Buyers are registered users who buy products or services sold on the Girls Leadership Academy site. All registered Users, without exception, are entitled to become Buyers on the www.glaindonesia.org page.
Order and Payment
The transaction process takes place since the buyer makes a product order on the Girls Leadership Academy website. The buyer must complete all transaction steps using the methods provided by the Girls Leadership Academy. All forms of loss resulting from doing one, half, or all transaction steps outside the methods provided by Girls Leadership Academy are not the responsibility of Girls Leadership Academy.

Every Buyer must pay within a maximum of 18 hours after placing an order according to the amount requested. Transaction Cancellation and Rejection
If there is an error in product stock information, Girls Leadership Academy has the right to refuse/cancel transactions through the Girls Leadership Academy website by including the reasons for not being able to fulfill orders. If there are other product recommendations, Girls Leadership Academy will deliver the solution to the buyer. Successful Transaction

Buyers can cancel or exchange for similar products in less than 8 days from the date of the successful payment transaction.

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia without regard to conflicting legal rules. You agree that any legal action or dispute that may arise from, relate to, or be in any way related to the website and/or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
